It seems that the application has been withdrawn - to be resubmitted late spring / early summer. My personal observation on this is that it is simply a method of wearing everyone down! Maybe the thinking is that eventually people will become so complacent or fed up with the plans being resubmitted that they will simply not take any action - whoops - another planning application gets approval !
