Cancelled Meeting

It seems that the application has been withdrawn - to be resubmitted late spring / early summer. My personal observation on this is that it is simply a method of wearing everyone down! Maybe the thinking is that eventually people will become so complacent or fed up with the plans being resubmitted that they will simply not take any action - whoops - another planning application gets approval !

Your thoughts are welcome

Council Meeting

Just to confirm that a small group of us is to rendez-vous with Council Leader Mrs Linda Ebbatson tomorrow Friday 5th @ 4pm with allowances for late-comers at CLS Civic Centre Reception / Lambton Room with the aim of establishing how the prospect of losing our greenbelt squares with the aims and objectives of the Council’s “Sustainable Community Strategy”.  Any further attendees will be most welcome.
[Those who chicken out will be signed up for the session with County Councillor Jim Cordon …]
